Query a public IPv4/IPv6 address or an ASN such as AS13335.

For an IP address, OSINT.dev shows the longest matching prefix observed by RouteViews and retains multiple origin ASNs when supplied. The investigation graph connects IP → in prefix → IP prefix → announced by → ASN.

For an ASN, the result is a bounded snapshot of returned prefixes: up to 48 route records by default. The prefix is a context node; select a connected ASN to continue an investigation.

Source and time

Data comes from the University of Oregon RouteViews Project. Source links are preserved. IP responses include peer timestamps when supplied; retrieval time is recorded separately. The ASN endpoint does not provide per-prefix observation timestamps. The evidence acquisition time must not be interpreted as the start or last change of a BGP announcement.

Limits

Collector visibility is not exhaustive. No observation does not prove that a resource is unrouted. Routing observations do not establish ownership, operator identity, physical hosting location, AS-path relationships or RPKI validity. RDAP registration evidence remains separate.

Default and non-public routes are excluded; responses are validated, deduplicated and bounded. Busy requests return an explicit retry message.
