Bluesky Social Graph is a public-source SOCMINT tool.

It observes the current public profile plus a bounded sample of the account's followers and following through the Bluesky public AppView.

What is collected

Per run OSINT.dev requests at most:

  1. one public profile;
  2. the first 25 followers;
  3. the first 25 follows.

OSINT.dev does not paginate beyond that first bounded sample.

The resulting Investigation Graph can preserve provider-reported follows relationships with exact acquisition provenance.

Interpretation

A public follow relationship is a platform observation at the retrieval time.

It does not prove:

  • the real-world identity of either account;
  • affiliation or membership;
  • endorsement;
  • coordination;
  • a relationship outside Bluesky.

Handles can change. OSINT.dev anchors observed Bluesky accounts to their stable DID when available.

Not collected

This tool does not request:

  • posts or feeds;
  • private contacts;
  • private messages;
  • authenticated account data;
  • arbitrary user-selected API endpoints.

Recent public content will be handled by a separate Social Intelligence capability rather than expanding this runner.

Coverage

The sample is intentionally bounded. When Bluesky returns a continuation cursor, the UI labels that more relationships may exist but does not follow the cursor.
